Christina Ricci Tattoos

When Christina Ricci was in Vancouver, Canada, shooting the film PROZAC NATION, (which she also Executive Produced through her company Blaspheme Productions), found herself on set with some time on her hands. Deciding that nothing makes time fly quite like getting some fine ink, Ricci visited acclaimed tattoo artist Thomas Lockhart at the world famous West Coast Tattoo Shop on Davie Street.

Ricci selected a colorful bouquet of Sweet Peas to adorn her lower back. Ricci, as charming in person as she is on screen, fell in love with Thomas' constant companion, Chili Conchita. Chili, a pure bred Chihuahua, knowing that good things come in small packages, was equally taken with Ricci.

Monday, August 30, 2004 - Christina Ricci and her boyfriend Adam recently dropped in to the Electric Ladyland tattoo parlor on Frenchmen Street for some ink work. That's the favored locale for celebs. He gets a woman's head with butterfly wings on his collarbone, but Ricci goes for a retro-styled sparrow flying off of her right breast. Observed Ladyland proprietor Annette LaRue: 'Her breasts are flawless. Just about the best I've seen.' And, in her line of work, she's probably seen many. Ricci tipped $150 for the $150 job.
